A, Hydraulic system

3.Pumping circuit is protected by a relief valve; moreover the oilpressure of the main oil pump can be shut off automatically whensystem is overpressure, so the main hydraulic pump can acquiremultistage reliable protection at on time.
4.The switching circuit driven by the constant pressure pump canrealize big switching strength and energy-saving at the sametime.
5.All pipes are cone sealed; it can ensure high reliability onsealing of tube connections.
6.The adoption of high and low voltage reverse valve avoidstroubles of pipe dismantling and oil filling.
B, Electrical control system

C, Mechanical (mixing) distribution valvesystem

2.The mixing mechanism is particularly designed that hydraulicmotor is completely separated from bearing seat, thus the motorwill not be influenced in case of sealing failure. Meanwhile, largecapacity motor is equipped to ensure that the mixing moment isenough, and normal mixing would not be disturbed even whenmaterials are in bad conditions.
3.Wear parts like glass plate and cutting ring etc. have longservice life up to 20000 m3. Service life of Zoomlion glass platesand cutting rings are 50% longer than other companies in domesticindustry in the competition in construction site of Shenzhen Postand Telegraph Building.
D, Power system
Original imported DEUTZ diesel engine is excellent in performanceand own high reliability.
E, Lubrication system
It adopts patented central automatic lubrication system; thepressure filter at the outlet guarantees the reliability of thesystem.
F, Cooling system
Compulsory air-cooled heat exchanger keeps the operatingtemperature of hydraulic system below 60°C, which ensures the wholehydraulic system work under normal condition.

H, Chassis
